🔥 Client Results Post 🔥Please join us in giving a big congrats to Brent Ebeling who since the start of Feb has lost 11kg of body fat while achieving huge strength gains at the same time 💪💪@brentoss88 had 2 main goals when he came to the gym and started PT with trainer Evan. Having lived in Cronulla nearly all my life I have known about Elite for some time but never got around to giving them a go. That all changed recently when I decided I needed to get into better shape and took on their 7 week challenge. The results were amazing and wouldn’t have been possible without my trainer Adam and the whole team at Elite. Their guidance, support, encouragement and advice on what to do to make meaningful change was second to none. The group classes are a great way to get fit and meet other like-minded people and you couldn’t get a better location to train. My only regret is that I didn’t try them earlier!

I can’t recommend Skye enough! She’s been amazing at tailoring my workouts to match my strength each day, adjusting weights and exercises to keep me challenged but never overwhelmed.
On top of that, her emotional coaching has been a game-changer. She truly understands how the pressures of mum life can impact both our mindset and body composition progress. Skye provides the support and motivation I need, and the gym sessions with her have become a great release from the daily grind.

I've been going to Elite for a few years now and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Good range of classes and all the trainers are fantastic and really get you motivated and know their stuff. The classes are held on the rooftop, and it's great to do the workouts in fresh air and with amazing views of the beach and sunrises. I'm currently doing the 6 week challenge with Skye and have loved every second. She pushes me and guides me through strength training and I've seen great results. It's a very friendly and no ego environment which I love! Good price point for the options available as well!
