Mums In Motion is a high-energy class that combines a variety of cardio and body weight activities every session at a range of great locations in the surrounding parks and beaches of Cronulla.
The class can also be held indoors in the case of bad weather. Held mid-morning (9.30 – 10.30am) Monday to Friday, it offers parents the chance to escape for some ‘me’ time while children are looked after in the centre’s creche. Mums In Motion caters for all levels of fitness and is both a fun and challenging way to train and improve your fitness as well as a great session for weight loss.
Classes are held Monday to Friday (9.30-10.30am), with the creche available 9-11am. Creche is also available on Saturdays 7-9am when spin and run group are conducted. Bookings are ESSENTIAL for the creche so it can be adequately staffed and limited spaces are available.

MIM 101 is a mixed cardio class, predominantly run outdoors unless bad weather, which is designed for people returning from child birth, or an injury, or a period off training who want to rebuild their fitness or lose weight, by starting back at slightly lower intensity than our normal MIM class. The session could involve different types of circuit training, cardio boxing, modified boot camp style training, with a modified volume of running compared to our regular MIM class. This class allows participants to work at their own intensity and recommence their exercise program without having to ‘keep up’ with other fitter people.
