NB. Sunday LSD runs are also run as part of our special training programs (see below).
All runs start from Elite PTSC Personal Training Studio which is based at the Cronulla Sports Pavilion, 1 The Esplanade, right on South Cronulla Beach. We utilise the many great locations around Sutherland Shire for our runs.
Anyone running with the group can leave their keys, wallets etc with our Reception staff and are welcome to utilise the toilet, shower and pool facilities before or after the run (we open at 5am Tuesday/Thursday and 6am Saturday).
To participate, just register at Reception about 5mins prior to start time. If you are taking part for the first time, arrive about 10mins early as you will need to fill out a short health screen/ contact details for insurance purposes and duty of care.

Our running group caters for a broad cross-section of levels, including walkers – so EVERYONE is welcome. We have specialised programs for marathons, half marathons and events like Sutho to Surf, Bridge Run, SMH half marathon, and the running festivals at the Gold Coast, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne.
Special Training Programs
We run special training programs that are event specific, e.g. Canberra 10km, Half Marathon and Marathon (April); Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon (May); Gold Coast 10km, Half Marathon and Marathon; Sutherland to Surf (July, 11km), 9km Bridge Run and Blackmores Half Marathon (September); and St George Bank Melbourne 10km, Half Marathon and Marathon. This provides a great opportunity to train with a group for added motivation and camaraderie. All participants are provided with email support also.
We also prepare personalised programs for individual athletes for a variety of running events (not listed below) including marathons and triathlon (all distances).

Run sessions – $5/session (Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday) for casuals;
FREE for personal training (PT) clients.
Run program – FREE for personal training clients (via trainer/ run group instructor).
8-week program: $100 package for non-PT clients – this entitles the person to attend all three instructed run sessions per week for 8 weeks (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday – value of $120); email support; 1 x 1/2hr PT session (value of $43) to personalise and explain the run program; copy of the program.
N.B. You can join the program at any time and the price will be adjusted accordingly – cost is $10/week for the running sessions PLUS $43 for half-hour PT consultation to run through program and tailor to individual training plan.
