Boot Camp

Elite PT’s Boot Camp Program makes the most of the magic beaches, parks and surrounds of South Cronulla, as well as our unqiue roof top training area with a sensational view of the beach and ocean. While it caters for all fitness levels, it is a challenging workout for those who want to get outside of their comfort zone and work at a higher intensity. It involves many different circuit formats, some which are body weight based, some using varied equipment, tabata style workouts, along with boxing, teamwork, shuttle runs, body weight/strength work (push-ups, dips, etc.), abdominal strengthening, flexibility and stretching. A variety of equipment is used including kettlebells, dumbells, core bags, medicine balls, sleds, battleropes, and more to incorporate all modern training modalities and provide maximum variety in session types.

Boot Camp runs all year round taking advantage of the best outdoor training area of the shire. Please see our timetable here: http://www.eliteptsc.com/timetable/ for the most current session times and other options to supplement your training.

Sessions are 1hr in duration, from 6.00 am-7.00 am, Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.  

Boot Camp is now part of our general membership increasing accessibility and affordability for what is one of our most well resourced group fitness training classes.
