Note:
All spin, boxing, cardio combo, aquaerobics, Pilates and Saturday run/walk/jog/OT classes go for 60 minutes.

Tuesday/ Thursday run groups are 45 minutes.

All classes are suitable for any fitness level.

All participants must complete a Casual Pre-exercise Questionnaire when training with Elite PTSC Pty Ltd for the first time.



NB: It is advisable to book into the spin and Mums In Motion classes as these classes are limited. To book, please ring Reception on 9523 5842. If you have booked and cannot attend, please call us to cancel your booking and make your seat available.
