All spin, boxing, Mums in Motion and Saturday run/walk/jog classes go for 60 minutes.
Tuesday/ Thursday run groups are 45 minutes.
OT classes in the four-week programs will go for 1hr15.
All classes are suitable for any fitness level.
All participants must complete a Casual Pre-exercise Questionnaire when training with Elite PTSC Pty Ltd for the first time.
NB: It is advisable to book into the spin and Mums In Motion classes as these classes have limited numbers. To book, please ring Reception on 9523 5842. If you have booked for spin and cannot attend, please call us to cancel your booking and make your seat available.
