Lost 16kg in 10 weeks

Ceri's transformation was amazing and achieved through a dedicated approach to nutrition, resistance training and cardio, which included boxing, spin and our walk, jog, run group. Ceri lost a further 6kg when re-tested six weeks after the Challenge.

llena lost 10kg of fat mass, 12.5cm off her waist and 9cm off her hips in the 10 Week Challenge and a further 6kg in her re-test six weeks later, as well as completing her first Sutherland To Surf 11km run. Ellena completed her first Sutho To Surf - 16kg lighter!

Grant Burgess

Lost 12.8kg in 10 weeks

Grant, who was runner-up in the previous Challenge (six months earlier), lost 13.8cm off his waist and 7.5cm off his hips in Challenge 6. Over a 10-month period since joining us, he lost a total of 19kg, 13.5cm off chest, 21.5cm waist, 10cm hips and reduced his body fat from 32.2% to 15.5%.

Grantlee Keiza

Lost 21.5kg in 10 weeks

Grantlee Keiza slashed 21.5kg off his 110kg frame, losing 21cm off his waist, 13cm off his hips and 10cm off his chest. Grantlee's busy lifestyle as a specialist sports journalist saw him away often for work but he maintained his new good eating and training habits on the road, as well as at home.

Jodie Banks

Lost 9kg (with her knee in a brace) in 10 weeks

Jodie considered pulling out of the Challenge in week two when she ruptured the medial ligament in her knee. But instead of giving up and using the injury as an excuse, she was very disciplined with her nutrition and resistance training and still attended boxing classes with her knee in a brace. She lost 9kg of fat mass, 11cm off her waist and 9cm off her hips.

Karina Whitehurst

Lost 9kg in 10 weeks

Katrina lost almost 10kg of fat mass, including reducing her waist measurement by 16cm and her hips by 11.5cm. She reduced her body fat from 36.5% to 23%. Not bad for someone who had a small 60kg frame to start with. Karina lost almost 10kg off her tiny frame.
