2010 5 Week Fitness and Fat Loss Challenge (July 19 - August 28, 2010)
Elite will be rewarding improvements in fitness and strength performance for the first time, in addition to rewarding body shape changes. Clients can enter one or both categories, as well as being eligible for age group prizes also.

To get off on the right foot in the 5 Week Challenge ensure you cover the following:
• Get your measures, strength tests, and rowing test done before Saturday with your trainer and attend one of the group beep test sessions. The beep test can be done with your trainer if you cannot make group times.
• Sit down with your trainer and construct a sustainable, realistic training plan which you can stick to for the 5 weeks and beyond.
• Read or re-read the nutrition diary thoroughly, and create a shopping list from the menu examples you intend to use for the week. Preparation is everything and nutrition will have the greatest impact on your results- don’t waste time or put it off!
• Clear out your fridge/pantry/work lunch room of poor food choices which may tempt you. If it is not there you can’t eat it!
• Make sure you are registered for the challenge at reception and we have your correct email to receive weekly tips and be eligible for prizes etc.
• Set some clearly defined, realistic goals to achieve in the 5 weeks and write them down.
