8 Week NY’s Fitness and Fat Loss Challenge

WEEK 3:  Feb 20-26

 

 

Don’t blow a good Monday-Friday eating plan with an ill-disciplined weekend or poor eat-out choices

 

While it is fine to relax a little on the weekends if, and only if, you have been strict through to the weekend; it is fat loss suicide to totally throw out all your good eating habits for 48 hours. Eating out does not have to mean you eliminate all benefits you have achieved through the week, but it can if you don’t choose carefully.

 

 

Below is a list of menu items from 3 local restaurants and cafes which have been categorized into best choices, less desirable, and not desirable. This will hopefully help you to enjoy the social occasion of eating out without blowing your health and fitness goals.
